This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V.
