This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's.
