SI5345B-D06580-GMR Overview

As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V.
