As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
