This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
