This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V.
