SI5345B-D06908-GMR Overview

As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
