This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V.
