SI5345B-D07944-GMR Overview

This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V.
