In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
