It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
