As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator.
