This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
