As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
