SI5345B-D10100-GMR Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V.
