As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
