Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
