The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V.
