As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
