As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
