In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
