This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's.
