As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz.
