SI5345D-D07936-GMR Overview

This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
