In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
