This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
