Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
