As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
