SI5346B-B-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 44 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 350MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. The device is usually classified as a type of Clock Generators device. With ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals. Excessed supply current?(higher than 230mA) may cause thermal destruction of an element.
