SI5347A-D-GMR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 712.5MHz is available for sale. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. This clock PLL features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
