Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 350MHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
