This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageThe digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
