SI5348A-B-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 710.4MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
