As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V available for use with this clock PLL. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic.
