In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
