The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 350MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as there are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
