As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 350MHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltage provided. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic.
