The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 350MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. This is a clock generator compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
