As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
