As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
