Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
