As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. As part of the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
