As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. As part of the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
