SI5350A-B06183-GT Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 10 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
