As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
