As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V.
