This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
