This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock.
