SI5351B-A-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator.
