In order to package it as a clock IC, the Strip package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 2 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 200MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.25V~2.75V 3V~3.6V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C TA should be set.
