The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input.
