The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock.
