Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 56-VFLGA Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 3 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 350MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
