Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). There is a clock generator embedded in the 44-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. In this case, LVCMOS is designed to be the input of the clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 350MHz maximum. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V.
