SI5394K-A-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). There is a clock generator embedded in the 44-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. In this case, LVCMOS is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
